I'm a 16 year old girl who is trying to change her lifestyle into a healthy one and become skinny and thin :)

Who I Follow

I normaly eat:

- I eat 700-900 calories per day

- I try to eat healthy like whole wheat bread, many veggies and fruits, salad, turkey and chicken meat (and other lean meats), low-fat yoghurt and quark, sometimes a few almonds, linseed.

- I limit my junk food consumption and try to cut it all out.

- I drink at least 2l water and tea per day.

- Apples are my favorite fruit, I eat 1-2 per day.

- I think I’m addicted to dietcokes and chewing gum :D !

Favorite meals:

- Oatmeal with an chopped apple and cinnamoon

- Low-fat yoghurt with chopped fruits

- Lettuce with tomatos, cucumbers, some corn and 2 EL of low-fat dressing

- 1 whole wheat bun with an hard bolied egg and salt 

- Low-fat quark with rolled oats and linseed, maybe add some fruit
